Child Blogger Proves McCain/Palin Wrong Choice

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

A devastating analysis from 7 year old political blogger Stanislaw "Stas" Gunkel caught the attention of Barack Obama. Obama sent him a personal letter of recognition.

In possibly the most irrefutable and masterful critique of Palin/McCain yet written, Stas writes in his blog:

"Here is why I'm asking grown-ups to vote for Barack Obama. I am 7 years old so I can't vote......

My mom told me that I shouldn't base my election analysis on "feelings" (I like him/her) or "beliefs" (I share his/her beliefs) but on logical arguments. She asked me to create my own rational explanations for my support of Obama. Here is one of my arguments:

McCain and Palin are not qualified to be President / Vice President of the U.S. The President's job is to do good for the country and the world. To do good for the country, the President must make smart decisions on important situations.

Governor Palin believes the world is 6000 years old. This is absurd. This is not a rational belief. This is a mistake. Scientists, experiments and evidence have shown this to be completely false. Therefore, she is not rational. If she is not rational, she should not be allowed to be President or Vice President.

Please vote for Barack Obama."

A friend recommended your blog.
It took only a short time to determine the author to be psychotic. Being a health professional, I seriously recommend you seek whatever help is available to you.

How come nobody accuses *me* of being psychotic?!?

Aaron, you suck. I get no credit on this blog...

Hahaha!!! health professional. Chiropractor? Accupuncturist?

Pat, you know you're doing something right when you get these types of messages. i still have no idea how this obscure blog gets so much diverse traffic. Maybe we should try harder and start advertising.

It would be quite obvious to any sane person that children have indeed determined the presidential election, but it's not that simple. Claiming the "American people have spoken" is also a ludicrous statement. McCain was clearly poised to fail as surely as Obama was chosen long ago to win.
We're all being set up and people believe it to be some kind of victory, all the while a real threat emerges.

Well... actually...children have never *determined* the presidential election. They may have *predicted* the presidential election, but they have never determined it. Only an insane person would agree that children have *determined* such elections.

//Claiming the "American people have spoken" is also a ludicrous statement.//

To say that they have "spoken" is a euphemism for *voted*. That's all. Calm down.

So I checked out the website - Zeitgeist, and here is the first paragraph.

"We intend to restore the fundamental necessities and environmental awareness of the species through the avocation of the most current understandings of who and what we truly are, coupled with how science, nature and technology (rather than religion, politics and money) hold the keys to our personal growth, not only as individual human beings, but as a civilization, both structurally and spiritually."

Ok, first of all, this looks like it was run through one of those on-line translators. Either that or you (or the author) are in serious need of an editor. This first sentence is a train wreck.

For example, you misused the word "avocation". It makes no sense in that context unless you mean to say that this whole business is your hobby. But you can't use the word like that anyway.

And, for example, there is no plural form for "understanding". It is not "understandings".

There are way too many clauses and subordinating clauses.

Not to be arrogant or anything...
